Use `ship` to prepare a merge, release, or deployment handoff that is easy to act on.
The ship workflow is for high-signal handoff notes after implementation and validation are done.
It should make follow-through easy for whoever merges, releases, or operates the change.
What To Include
- What changed and why
- Validation performed
- Anything still unverified
- Rollout, migration, or config notes
- Rollback assumptions or follow-up items
